Trinity ElderCare Consulting & Management is owned and operated by Eileen Collins Dunn, Geriatric Care Manager. Mrs. Dunn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Social Work from the College of St. Rose and a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the Sage Graduate School. Trinity ElderCare provides elder care consulting and management services in Upstate New York.
As a hospital Discharge Planner assisting patients with nursing home placement, she witnessed first hand the financial devastation and emotional trauma of families who had not adequately prepared for their long-term healthcare needs. She also worked for the New York State Department of Health as Special Assistant to the Director of the Office of Medicaid Management and is very knowledgeable on Medicaid eligibility and the New York State Partnership for Long-Term Care.
Through Trinity ElderCare Consulting & Management, Mrs. Dunn helps professionals and individuals understand and design long-term care programs and does private geriatric care managing. She frequently conducts seminars and workshops in the area including

She recently received the Distinguished Sales and Marketing Award from the Sales and Marketing Executives of Northeastern New York and was a nominee of the Working Women Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards 2001 for her commitment to business excellence and leadership.
